We hope you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand there can be circumstances when you need to return your item.

Final Sale Policy
Items sold on Eforvik are based on original creations by the artist. Due to the limited edition and handmade nature of these items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds based on a change of mind. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing the transaction.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you were sent the wrong product, please contact us immediately at eric@eforvik.com. You must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the item. To facilitate resolution, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the situation and provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances. As Eforvik items are handmade in limited editions, it is not possible to offer an exact replacement but we will do our best.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, in cases of defective or incorrect items:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging with its documentation (e.g. the guarantee of authenticity). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they choose to return an item under the EU 14-day cooling-off period (excluding defective items).
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In compliance with EU consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt. However, this right does not apply to custom or made-to-order artworks. If you believe your order qualifies under this policy, please contact us for further guidance.
Refunds
As all sales are final, refunds are generally not provided. However, if an exception is made due to an issue with your order, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please reach out to us at eric@eforvik.com.
